Dr. Francis: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what unemployment trends were in (a) Aberavon and (b) Wales in 2005-06. [114707]
Mr. Hain: Throughout 2005 and 2006, the unemployment rate in Wales remained low by historic standards.
