Aberavon MP Hywel Francis and his wife Mair recently paid a visit to a Port Talbot couple, Barbara and Cled Phillips of Tanygroes Street, who are celebrating their Diamond Wedding Anniversary.
Dr Francis said,
"Barbara and Cled are a wonderful couple who have given so much to the local community through their activities in voluntary and charitable organisations over many decades. I worked with Cled in adult and trade union education in the 1970's and 1980's."
