MP opposes Biomass plant application (14/09/2010)
Dr Hywel Francis has joined his Assembly Member, Dr Brian Gibbons in calling on the Environment Agency to reject the application by Prenergy Power to ease the operating limits for a number of emissions from its proposed biomass plant in the centre of Port Talbot.
