MP backs Visteon Pensioners

Aberavon MP Dr Hywel Francis has spoken in Parliament in support of Visteon pensioners.
Dr Francis said,
‘Many of my constituents who worked for Visteon whose Jersey Marine plant closed in 2009 have written to me about the injustice of their case. Ford which created the Visteon company and transferred its employees on the understanding that they would have ‘lifetime protection’ particularly with regard to their pensions’.
‘I will continue to support the Visteon Pensioners Action Group in Parliament which has cross party support until all Visteon pensioners achieve their full pension rights.’
