Today – 8th May – is a very special day. Firstly, it is very special because
we are here to honour the life of Graham Turnbull and to recognize too the
young people who have entered this competition
in his memory.

Today’s conference is taking place on the eve of the Ministerial Conference
in Brighton which will mark the end of the UK’s Chairmanship of the Committee
of Ministers of the Council of Europe.
