MP welcomes steel boost

Aberavon MP, Dr Hywel Francis has welcomed the Tata announcement today of £53 million investment in the Port Talbot works BOS plant.
Dr Francis said,
‘It is great news for Port Talbot and a vote of confidence in the workforce, the management and the unions. It is a big step forward in making Port Talbot self sufficient in energy and will improve its environmental performance.’
